Country Climate Risk Profile Resources

To gather information on observed climate changes in your country, as well as projected climate changes and how natural climate variability tends to affect your country, check out the links below.

Note that many national societies that participated in the Red Cross/Red Crescent Climate Centre Preparedness for Climate Change Program may have already produced a background document on how climate change is anticipated to affect their country.

UNDP Climate Change Country Profiles, National Communications to the UNFCCC (Non Annex I, mostly developing countries), National Adaptation Programmes of Action (NAPA), Regional Chapters from IPCC Assessment Reports by Working Group II on “Impacts, Adaptation and Vulnerability”, Climate Change Knowledge Portal, Regional Summaries on Disaster Risks and Climate Change from the IPCC Special Report on Extremes (SREX)
