Disaster Response: Business As Usual: How AT&T deals with Natural Disasters

AT&T is one of the largest telecommunications providers in the USA, the AT&T Network Disaster Recovery (NDR) team was first established in the 1990s. There are currently 29 full-time staff members in the NDR team but a total of 100 people in the expanded emergency management team dealing with business continuity and emergency management.
