This VCA repository platform has been developed by the IFRC together with the Global Disaster Preparedness Center, to facilitate the collection and use of VCA reports and Plans of Action from the Red Cross/Red Crescent Movement. The site is a virtual library of VCA reports and allows users to upload, search for and access VCA reports and Plans of Action facilitated by National Societies and other partners worldwide. Serving as a central storage point of VCA reports and a place of reference of primary and secondary information.
The site serves National Societies and communities as a platform to collect, share experiences, learn from, and implement the VCA's Action Plans to reduce risks. It also allows National Societies to have a historic repository of their work to be accessed for monitoring and evaluation purposes; and to inform response, recovery interventions and longer term planning.

It is very simple to upload your VCAs. Just click on the “Share” tab, select the file to attach, fill in the basic information and click submit! See quick guide in English and Spanish for more information.
