This lecture examines the nature of climate-related movement; whether expanding the protection offered by international refugee law and human rights law is feasible; and what other solutions might be appropriate.

Professor Jane McAdam (BA (Hons), LLB (Hons) (Sydney), DPhil (Oxford)) is a nonresident senior fellow in the Brookings-LSE Project on Internal Displacement and Scientia Professor of Law and the Director of the Andrew & Renata Kaldor Centre for International Refugee Law at UNSW Austrailia.
