Humanitarian Diplomacy: Perspectives from a former diplomat

Drawing from more than 40 years of experience as a diplomat and within the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement the speaker will illustrate the practical value of the humanitarian diplomacy tool, especially for National Societies exercising their auxiliary role to public authorities. He will also reflect on how National Societies can strengthen their partnerships for both resource mobilisation and policy purposes.
