Vulnerability and Capacity Assessment. A participatory action research study of the Vulnerabilities and Capacities of the Palestinian Society in Disaster Preparedness.

This report presents the second Vulnerability and Capacity Assessment (VCA) study conducted by the Palestinian Red Crescent Society in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, subsequent to the initial VCA study which was written in 2000.
