Sample Business Emergency Response Team Candidate Selection Survey

An Emergency Response Team will aid buisnesses in the events of an incident. One way to recruit members, alread on staff, is to have people who are already predisposed to helping and trained. By circulating this survey, a manager may be able to identify those staff members who are ready and willing to assist in the event of an incident, before medical personnel are able to arrive on scene.
