For the last two decades, I have been working for Nepal Red Cross Society (NRCS), a leading humanitarian agency in the Nepal, in different portfolios. Currently, I am Deputy-Director at the NRCS Youth Department. I have several years practical experience in the management of health, youth, disaster, emergency response, auditing and financial management and the capacity building of individual and organisations in different theme.
