Mutahar Hezam is an evaluator and geo-information specialist. Mutahar has an M.Phil. in Geo-Information Science and his areas of expertise: (I)Monitoring and Evaluation,(II)Information/knowledge management and analysis, (III)Humanitarian emergency preparedness and response and (IV)Vulnerability analysis and risk management. His career expertise exceeds eight years in which he worked in multiple professional settings for several Intl. organizations and agencies including World Bank, UNDP, German Development Cooperation (GIZ), Relief International (RI), Action Contre La Faim (ACF), CARE USA, Saferworld UK and currently working for UNICEF in Yemen.
