Currently a doctoral student at the Faculty of Psychology, Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia. He has 11 years of experience working for the Indonesian Red Cross National Head Quarter as a Training and Education Staff (2004-2016) and continues to be a disaster practitioner in Central Java. Her experience in humanitarian organizations is manifested in journal articles, books, essays and opinions, especially in the field of mental health and resilience, especially with disaster responders. The current dissertation study focuses on designing and implementing interventions for disaster volunteers, especially in non-governmental organizations (PMI), which have not received much attention both technically and in scientific literacy.
