Bubacarr is a selff-motivated, confident and flexible individual. He has excellent technical and peoples skills gained by working with different individuals and organizations as a youth in development worker and a volunteer under The Gambia Red Cross focusing on Disaster Management, prevention, preparedness and response including DRR and Climate Change Adaption. Bubacarr has the ability to meet new challenges and work well under pressure. He considers himself hard working and diligent, and a good team player who is always keen to learn and improve.
