I am a professional with 5 years of experience in the fields of oceanography, topography, and coastal engineering, specializing in numerical modeling of waves, tides, and flooding, as well as drone photogrammetry and the implementation of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). I have experience in the installation, deployment, and inspection of oceanographic equipment as a certified diver, and I have conducted physicochemical sampling in the ocean. I have carried out single-beam echo sounder bathymetries and handled GPS-RTK for topobathymetric surveys. Additionally, I have participated in coastal process studies and climatologies in the Colombian Caribbean. I possess advanced skills in programming (MATLAB, Python) and data analysis, which allow me to collaborate in research projects, analyze coastal dynamics, and develop technical solutions in oceanography and coastal engineering.
