ANTIPOLO, 
A humanitarian and resilience program leader with over 15 years of experience in disaster management, recovery, and community development. Currently serving as Program Coordinator for Climate Resilience and Community Engagement at the Philippine Red Cross-National Headquarters. I was able to spearheaded national and chapter-level initiatives that integrate volunteer mobilization, disaster preparedness, and climate adaptation into community-centered frameworks. With a Diploma in Disaster Management from TISS–IFRC, a Professional Teaching Certificate from the University of the Philippines Los Baños, and is currently pursuing a Master in Management Data Analytics at Philippine Christian University. Her academic and professional journey is complemented by international training and conference participation, including the Global Dialogue Platform on Anticipatory Humanitarian Action in Berlin and UNITAR programs on monitoring, evaluation, and gender-based violence interventions. Led major response and recovery operations for Typhoons Haiyan, Nock Ten, and Ketsana, and has provided management support to multiple PRC chapters, ensuring effective delivery of humanitarian services and resilience-building programs.
