Loi-type relative à la facilitation et à la réglementation des opérations internationales de secours et d’assistance au relèvement initial en cas de catastrophe (mars 2013)

Comme les lignes directrices IDRL, cette Loi-type a pour objectif d’aider les Etats à se préparer aux questions juridiques et réglementaires les plus communes qui peuvent se poser dans des opérations internationales de grande envergure en cas
de catastrophe. Ces questions se rapportent à l’entrée et au fonctionnement des acteurs internationaux prêtant assistance, ainsi qu’à la coordination de leur aide, en particulier durant la phase de secours et de relèvement initial.
