Le Programme d’Application Universelle est une initiative financée par le Centre Mondial de Préparation à la Catastrophe (GDPC). Il permet aux Sociétés nationales de la Croix-Rouge et du Croissant-Rouge d’avoir accès à une application premiers secours de grande qualité (l’app), pour smartphones et tablettes, à destination du grand public.
