My Ideal City: Bottom up urban planning in Bogota

My Ideal City allows Bogota residents to give input on how to fix certain issues in the downtown area, becoming a forum for debate that builds to a series of possible solutions—such as how to house the city’s 1 million commuting students (solution: micro-housing!) or how to prevent the massive flooding that happens every year (bringing the river back to its natural riverbed).
