Flagship 4 of the Nepal Risk Reduction Consortium is coordinated by the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) and the Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development.

Flagship 4’s target is the completion of Community Based DRR activities in 1,000 communities in Nepal over 5 years based on an agreed list of minimum characteristics of a disaster resilient community.
