RFP: Organizational Safeguarding Baseline Assessment — American Red Cross International Services
The American National Red Cross, International Services Department, is inviting qualified consulting firms and individual consultants to submit proposals for an Organizational Safeguarding Baseline Assessment. The assessment will deliver a comprehensive review of the organization’s safeguarding framework — policies, procedures, governance, systems, and organizational practices — along with practical recommendations to strengthen safeguarding in line with international standards and recognized best practices. It supports the American Red Cross’s ongoing commitment to safeguarding employees, volunteers, consultants, partners, and the communities it serves.
Eligible offerors include consulting firms and individual consultants with demonstrated experience in safeguarding assessments, organizational reviews, policy development, governance assessments, or comparable assignments in humanitarian or international development settings.

- Closing date to request RFP documents: August 5, 2026
- Deadline for written questions: August 12, 2026
- Responses to questions issued: August 19, 2026
- Proposal submission deadline: September 4, 2026
