في معالجة نقاط الضعف، المجتمعات المحلية نفسها هي التي تملك القدرة على إحداث تغيير كبير. المنظمات والمجتمعات الإنسانية تعمل على نحو متزايد معا لإيجاد حلول للمشاكل التي تساهم في إضعاف هذه المجتمعات. و من إحدى المنهجيات القيمة في البحث عن حلول هي منهجية تقييم الضعف والقدرات (VCA).

هذا الفيلم يبين ثلاث ورش عمل VCA في ثلاث بيئات مختلفة جدا: بنما وليسوتو وبنغلاديش.
