Community-based Health and First Aid (CBHFA): Facilitator’s Guide Vol. 2

The Facilitator Guide is designed to implement a CBHFA in action approach called “learning by doing”. The purpose of learning by doing is to prepare CBHFA in action volunteers and their coaches to be agents of change who transform their learning into community action. Facilitators will help volunteers learn in a flexible and action-oriented manner. The Volunteer Manual and Community Tools  accompany the Facilitator Guide.
