Flagship 5 of the Nepal Risk Reduction Consortium is coordinated by UNDP and the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Flagship 5 will integrate disaster risk management plans, policies and programmes at the national, district and local levels and strengthen the enforcement and compliance of building codes.
