更安全的学校建 筑指导说明

《更加安全的学校建筑指导说明》为根据实际情况制定具体计划提供了指导原则框架和一般步骤，以弥补这方面的重大差距，建造更加坚固的学校和改进现有学校建筑的抗灾能力，从而实现全民教育和千年发展目标。

《更加安全的学校建筑指导说明》应当由当地、地方和国家政府机构的政策制定者和规划人员以及其它关心或参与学校建筑的新建和改建、加强学校安全的组织使用。其内容可用于指导学校建筑的讨论、规划和设计、实施、监督和评估，应当用于强化《教育部门计划》和制定《安全学校国家行动计划》。

是由跨机构危境教育网络（INEE）和世界银行全球减灾与恢复基金（GFDRR）, 2010。
