This is the first Y-ADAPT / Urban Action Kit climate adaptation card deck for urban climate adaptation inspiring solutions. This card deck has been created as a product of Climate Centre, Asia Pacific Urban Hub support, and designed by Asia Pacific Urban Hub Small Grants Red Cross Red Crescent Youth teams, fit-for-purpose for their urban contexts in Laos, Vanuatu and Bangladesh.
